TO:  Manufacturers, Representatives, Engineers, & Suppliers:

On behalf of the 2019 Annual Fall Conference Planning Committee, you are cordially invited to participate by exhibiting your products and services at the Younes Conference Center in Kearney, Nebraska. We are able to accommodate large equipment and currently are offering Double Booths for large displays. You can visit the NWEA website at www.nebwea.org for more details and to register to exhibit at this year’s event.

The Conference will begin with an Operator’s Workshop on Tuesday the 5th (no exhibits). APWA sessions will begin on Wednesday the 6th and conclude that same evening. NSAWWA sessions will begin on Wednesday the 6th and conclude at noon on Thursday the 7th. NWEA sessions will begin on Thursday the 7th and conclude at noon on Friday the 8th.

Wednesday and Thursday there will be showcase opportunities from 10:00–10:30 a.m. during break and several events scheduled in the exhibit hall to promote traffic 1:30–7:00 p.m. As always, the Social Hour is taking place both evenings in the exhibit hall at approximately 6:00 p.m. Other activities include Top Ops and Water Tasting competitions.

VENDOR EXTRAVAGANZA! We are asking all exhibitors/vendors to bring a gift item of at least $50.00 value. Attendees of the Conference will be required to visit your Booth Thursday from 1:30-4:00 p.m. to be eligible for the raffle of the ‘Vendor Extravaganza’ gift items. Contribution for each 8’ x 10’ Single Booth is $600.00 and each Double Booth is $1,150.00. Provided with your Single or Double Booth contribution is one (1) Full Conference Registration which includes access to all sessions, one (1) Wednesday Lunch Pass, one (1) Thursday Lunch Pass, one (1) APWA Banquet Pass, one (1) NSAWWA Banquet Pass, one (1) NWEA Banquet Pass, and four (4) Social Hour drink tickets. Additional meal and banquet tickets will be available for purchase at the registration desk.

Electricity is provided to exhibitors/vendors with an available 110 volt and 10 amp service. Free Wi-Fi is provided to all exhibitors/vendors and guests of the Conference.

The exhibit hall will be available for set up after 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5th. Additional set up time will be from approximately 6:30–8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 6th. Booths may remain in the exhibit hall until 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 8th. Tear down will begin Thursday, November 7th after the Social Hour (at approximately 7:00 p.m.).

You are permitted to have two (2) additional name badges for those attending your organization's Booth. These are NOT registrations for the conference. Please email Scott Bundy at [email protected] the two (2) additional names if interested. You may also mention the additional names in the Comments Section.

BOOTHS WILL NOT BE RESERVED WITHOUT A COMPLETED CONTRACT (SEE THE ATTACHED DOWNLOADABLE DOCUMENTS) AND PAYMENT RECEIVED. ONLINE RESERVATION IS SUFFICIENT DOCUMENTATION AND NO SIGNED CONTRACT IS NECESSARY IF REGISTERED ONLINE.

CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO: NSAWWA AND RECEIVED NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 16.
