Born and raised in Omaha. David attended Creighton Prep and received a Degree in Geography and Environmental Sciences from UNO. David has been with the City of Omaha in Wastewater for 9 yrs and is a Nebraska class IV Wastewater operator. David is currently the Papillion Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant superintendent. When not at work, Dave enjoys fishing, working on cars, and enjoying time with his wife and 5 children. |

Mr. Billesbach is the Environmental Engineering Department Manager at JEO Consulting Group. Lucas received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2005 and his Master’s in Business Administration from Creighton University in 2010. Lucas is a registered Professional Civil Engineer in Nebraska and Iowa and has a wide range of experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. Lucas was Chair of the Great Plains Conference from 2013 to 2015. Lucas is married to his wife Sarah and has 3 children; Quentin, Lucille, and Evita. |

Amit is Project Manager at HDR with 17 years of experience in environmental engineering projects, including water treatment, permitting, wastewater treatment, facility planning, program management and construction management. Amit is registered profressional engineer in NE and SD. Amit received his Master of Science Environmental Engineering degree from University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 2001 and Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree from Osmania University, India in 1999. Amit was chair of the Great Plains Conference from 2016 to 2018. When not at work, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife Shubhra and twin boys Ari and Veer. |

Mike hads covered a wide range of disciplines with emphasis on water and wastewater engineering projects Mike graduated from teh University of Nebraska in 1990 with a BS in Civil Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in Nebraska, Missouri, and Kansas. Mike serves as a project manager for large multidiscipline projects at Olsson Associates. In addition to his expertise in water and wastewater treatment design projects, mike has developed extensive experience in treatment plant start-ups, trouble shooting, and operations.

Brittany joined Engineered Equipment Solutions (EES) in early 2011 and is the Regional Manager of the Nebraska territory. EES is a manufacturer’s representative company focusing on water and wastewater process equipment. Prior to that, she worked for 2 years at a rep firm in another territory. Brittany earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University. Brittany grew up in Columbus, NE and currently lives in Omaha with her husband, Matt, and sons, Hudson and Sullivan. . |

Hunt received his B.S. in Physics with a minor in Mathematics from Miami University (Oxford, OH) and an M.E. and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, specializing in environmental engineering, from the University of Virginia. His graduate research focused on hydrodynamic and water quality modeling of coastal waters. |

As a senior engineer for Olsson’s Water/Wastewater team, Jeremy leads a wide range of water resource recovery projects. His Olsson tenure began in 2005. He is a 2018 alumnus of WEF’s Water Leadership Institute. He received a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and is a registered professional engineer in Nebraska and Iowa. A lifelong Nebraska resident, Jeremy resides in Lincoln with his wife Melissa and sons Sullivan and Carson. |
