The Nebraska Water Environment Association

The Nebraska Water Environment Association (NWEA) is a non-profit organization comprised of professionals dedicated to protecting Nebraska's water quality. The Nebraska Wastewater Operators Division (NWOD) is an internal membership division within the NWEA. NWEA is a member association of the  Water Environment Federation (WEF®).
The Water Environment Federation (WEF®) is a not-for-profit technical and educational organization of 34,000 individual members and 75 affiliated Member Associations representing water quality professionals around the world.
